In a daring daylight robbery, unidentified miscreants allegedly looted ₹50 lakh in cash outside an ADC Bank branch near Maruti Plaza in Ahmedabad’s Krishnanagar area after distracting the driver in a carefully planned heist.
According to preliminary information, the incident occurred outside the ADC Bank branch at Maruti Plaza. The victim was carrying a bag containing ₹50 lakh when a gang reportedly diverted the driver’s attention and swiftly escaped with the cash.
The robbery, executed in a film-style manner, created panic in the area. Police reached the spot soon after receiving information and launched an investigation. CCTV footage from the surrounding area is being examined to identify the accused and trace their escape route.
