An 18-year-old woman from Saraspur has accused two youths of blackmailing, abducting and repeatedly sexually assaulting her after threatening to expose her relationship with another man to her parents and harm her family members.

Police said that around five months ago, the two accused allegedly approached the woman near her residence and threatened to reveal details of her relationship to her parents. They allegedly pressured her to accompany them, warning that they would inform her family if she refused.
The complaint stated that when the woman resisted, the accused allegedly threatened to kill her father and brother. They then allegedly forced her into a car and took her to a hotel in Nikol, where they allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The survivor further alleged that around three months ago, the two men again threatened her with serious consequences and allegedly took her to another hotel, where they sexually assaulted her again.
Based on the complaint, police have registered a case of rape and other related offences against the two accused. Further investigation is underway.
