At least 18 Gujaratis who travelled to Nepal for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and tourism have reportedly remained uncontactable following devastating flash floods and landslides near the Nepal-Tibet border.
The Gujarat government has activated a State Control Room in Gandhinagar and is coordinating with the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu to trace the affected travellers and assist their families.
