The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB), Gandhinagar, has extended the deadline for online applications and fee submission for the Class 12 supplementary examinations 2026 by two days. Earlier scheduled to end on May 14, the last date has now been revised to May 16.
Students from General, Vocational, Higher Secondary (UU stream), Sanskrit medium, and Science streams who were absent in one or more subjects or received a “Needs Improvement” result in the February-March examinations are eligible to apply.
Students who have passed but wish to improve their performance can also register for the exams.The board has directed schools to complete the application and fee payment process only through the official online portals.
Applications submitted offline, by post, or in person will not be accepted.Female students and differently-abled candidates have been exempted from examination fees under special provisions.
However, schools must compulsorily register these candidates online using their seat numbers, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
GSHSEB has also issued detailed guidelines regarding the registration and fee submission process on its official websites to ensure smooth applications for eligible students.
