On a serene full moon evening, The Leela Gandhinagar unveiled a tranquil poolside sound healing experience, as an invitation to step away from the everyday and enter a space of calm, balance, and quiet introspection. Framed by the stillness of water and the gentle luminance of the night sky, the setting became a natural sanctuary for rest and renewal.
As the session unfolded, immersive sound frequencies moved gently through the open air, creating a meditative environment that allowed the mind to slow and the body to unwind. This carefully composed experience drew on the subtle interplay of vibration and silence, offering guests a deeply restorative pause in an atmosphere of understated elegance.
The evening was enhanced by a curated Hi-Tea by Aujasya – The Leela’s holistic wellness program. Rooted in the philosophy of mindful living, Aujasya brought together nourishment and mindfulness through its focus on wholesome nutrition and restorative practices. In harmony with the sound healing session, its thoughtfully crafted infusions and light, nourishing selections extended the experience beyond relaxation, creating a seamless journey that nurtured both body and mind.
“At The Leela Gandhinagar, we are committed to creating experiences that are deeply restorative and thoughtfully layered. Through Aujasya, our wellness philosophy finds expression not only in mindful cuisine but also in immersive, sensory-led experiences that bring together nourishment, stillness, and a deeper sense of balance,” said General Manager Vikas Sood.
Conceived as an expression of mindful luxury, the experience reflects a philosophy where wellbeing is seamlessly integrated into the guest journey, crafted with intention, and designed to linger well beyond the moment.
