IIM Ahmedabad Launches Financial Reporting and Corporate Governance Programme for Working Professionals.
The Programme will provide corporate finance professionals with practical knowledge about preparing accurate financial reports in compliance with strong governance frameworks to ensure profits are balanced with principles. The 4-month Programme will be offered through a blended learning format comprising live lectures on video and four day campus module.
Expert faculty members from IIM Ahmedabad will teach participants core topics such as financial statement analysis, cost accounting principles and corporate governance mechanisms. In addition, the programme will impart knowledge of fraud and earnings manipulation and equip participants with the tools needed to make sound financial decisions and promote ethical practices in disseminating financial information of companies with external stakeholders.
