Ringing in the Navratri festivities, ITC Narmada, a luxury collection hotel in Ahmedabad, is all set to launch Navam Utsav, a Wholesome Delights for Festivities. Navam Utsav is a thoughtfully curated culinary offering that brings the spirit of Navratri to the table through authentic festive traditions, sattvik goodness and the craft of its culinary experts. The offering is part of a nationwide initiative by ITC Hotels, bringing the spirit of Navratri to guests across its luxury properties through a specially curated selection of festive culinary experiences.
Deeply rooted in India’s cultural heritage, Navratri brings together rituals, traditions and food that have been cherished and passed down through generations. Navam Utsav brings together familiar festive preparations crafted with care and culinary finesse, offering a wholesome expression of the occasion while retaining the warmth and sense of welcome synonymous with the signature ITC hospitality.
The Navam Utsav menu brings together sattvik preparations rooted in traditional Navratri fare. Made without onion and garlic and prepared with Sendha Namak, the menu features Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Vada, Kuttu Paneer Pakoda, Rajgira Poori, Kuttu Paratha, Paneer Curry and Khatta Meetha Kaddu.
The Navratri Special Thali brings together a selection of these festive preparations as a wholesome meal, complemented by traditional sweet offerings including Sabudana Kheer and Khopra Pak.
“Navratri is a time when food becomes an important part of the festive experience, with traditional recipes bringing together simplicity, nourishment and familiar flavours. With Navam Utsav, we have curated a selection of sattvik preparations that honour these traditions while bringing a thoughtful culinary touch to the menu. From sabudana and kuttu to rajgira and traditional festive sweets, the offering allows guests to enjoy the flavours of Navratri in a wholesome and comforting way,” said Mr Sumeet Rohela, Executive Chef, ITC Narmada.
Navam Utsav takes forward ITC Narmada’s belief in creating experiences that are rooted in the culture and traditions of India. The curation brings together authentic festive traditions, sattvik goodness and chef-led craft, an approach that allows guests to celebrate the occasion with food that is familiar in spirit, yet thoughtfully interpreted through the culinary expertise of ITC Narmada.
The offering also embodies ITC Hotels’ larger ethos of creating authentic, indigenous experiences that draw from India’s rich cultural and culinary heritage. In keeping with this spirit, Navam Utsav invites guests to pause, come together and celebrate what makes the festival meaningful — the traditions we cherish, the food we share and the warmth of being together.
Navam Utsav will be available from October 10-19, 2026, at Adalaj Pavilion ITC Narmada’s signature all-day diner. Guests will also be able to order through the Club ITC App, Swiggy and Zomato. The offering will be available from 11 am to 09 pm
