Thirty Nine teed off in the eighth of the 11-round Gulmohar Golfer of the Year (GGOY) 2026, one of the most prestigious local golfing tournaments. The round was played at Gulmohar Greens: Golf and Country Club as a part of the Gulmhor Greens -Go Golf 2026 calendar.
SanjeevKumar topped the charts in the low handicap category with 80 gross and 41 points. Saminjay Kumar was the runner-up category with 83 gross and 39 points.

Dr.Siddhart Mavani emerged winner in the medium handicap category with 85 gross and 41 points, followed closely by eventual runner-up Manjeet Singh, who notched 91 gross and 38 points.

Lakshi Chaudhary was the winner in the high handicap category with 96 gross and 37 points (B9-19). Dilip Kumar Nautiyal Gilbert Satera finished as the runner-up with 96 gross and 37 points (B9 -16). The three winners received 3,000 reward points for their efforts, while the runners-up received 1,800 points.
In the skill competitions, Inja Lee won the contest for the straight drive at hole #4 with a shot of 2feet 7 inches.Hemant Vaidya won the competition for closest to pin at hole #3 by landing the ball just 5 feet away. AvtarSingh won the contest for the second closest shot to the pin hole #8 by landing the ball 2 feet and 8 inches away.
