Ahmedabad-headquartered global accounting and professional services platform, MYCPE ONE, recently launched the CPE Wallet, a free AI-powered platform that automates continuing professional education (CPE) compliance tracking for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents (EAs), Certified Management Accountants (CMAs), Certified Internal Auditors (CIAs) and other credentialed accounting professionals.
Available at no cost and without any subscription, the platform aims to eliminate the administrative burden of tracking continuing education credits by centralising certificates from multiple learning providers in a single secure digital repository.
For accounting professionals serving the US market, continuing education is an ongoing professional requirement. CPA licence holders must complete CPE to maintain their professional competence and comply with state board requirements, with the rules, reporting periods and subject requirements varying across jurisdictions.
While most accounting professionals complete their mandatory learning requirements, managing compliance records remains a manual and time-consuming process. Certificates are often scattered across emails, downloaded files and provider portals, making it difficult to monitor compliance status and prepare documentation during reporting periods. The challenge is greater for professionals managing multiple credentials or licences, each with different reporting cycles and subject-specific requirements.
The CPE Wallet addresses this challenge by automatically organising certificates and providing users with a real-time view of their compliance status throughout the year.

The platform accepts credits earned from any CPE provider and offers three methods to add certificates. Users can forward certificate emails to a dedicated address, upload certificates for AI-based extraction of key information, or import historical records in bulk using CSV, XLS or XLSX files. Once uploaded, certificates are securely stored in an encrypted digital vault, while the system categorises credits, tracks compliance requirements and generates audit-ready reports.
The platform supports more than 100 professional credentials and US state board requirements, including professionals managing multiple licences across jurisdictions. The company said the CPE Wallet is available free of charge and is designed to simplify compliance management while reducing manual effort and improving record accuracy throughout the reporting cycle.
