The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has activated an online facility for Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) students to access verification reports and OMR answer sheet copies after the completion of the post-result verification process for the 2026 board examinations.
The facility is available for students of the HSC Science Stream as well as the HSC General Stream, including General, Vocational, U.U. Buniyadi and Sanskrit Madhyama examinations. Students can download the documents from June 3 to June 13, 2026, through the board’s official websites.
The HSC Science Stream results were declared on May 5, while the HSC General Stream results were announced on May 4. Following the declaration of results, students were allowed to apply for verification of marks. The board has now uploaded reports showing whether any changes were made to marks after scrutiny and detailing the corrections carried out during the verification process.
Science Stream students can download their verification reports, OMR answer sheet copies and verification status reports through the online portal. General Stream students can access reports indicating whether their marks remained unchanged or were revised after verification.
To access the documents, candidates must log in using their seat number, registered mobile number and password submitted during the application process. The reports and OMR copies are available only through the online system.
The board has stated that students whose marks have been revised following verification will receive updated marksheets and certificates through their respective schools. School authorities have been directed to distribute the revised documents after collecting the earlier marksheets and certificates from students.
GSHSEB has clarified that schools cannot obtain these reports on behalf of students through any separate application process. Candidates are therefore advised to download the documents directly from the board’s websites within the specified period.
The board has urged school principals, parents and students to take note of the announcement and complete the download process before the June 13 deadline.
