The Ministry of Railways has approved an increase in the frequency of the 19021/19022 Udhna–Brahmapur Amrit Bharat Express, upgrading it from a tri-weekly service to a daily train, as per an official communication from the Railway Board.
Train No. 19021, which currently runs from Udhna on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, will now operate every day. Similarly, Train No. 19022 from Brahmapur, presently running on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, will also be converted into a daily service.
The Railway Board has directed the concerned railway zones—including Western Railway, Central Railway, South East Central Railway, and East Coast Railway—to implement the revised schedule at the earliest and ensure all necessary arrangements.
The communication also highlighted the urgency of the matter, calling for swift action from all departments involved.
