Kalorex Future School organised its Annual Function at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Hall, Ahmedabad, with great enthusiasm and thoughtful planning, presenting two impactful shows on the same day for the Noon and Morning Shift students. The celebrations witnessed the active participation of more than 550 students across both shifts, reflecting the school’s commitment to nurturing confidence, creativity, and character in every child.
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge, wisdom, and enlightenment, followed by soulful invocations that set a serene and purposeful tone. Distinguished guests from the field of education and others graced the occasion, adding immense value to the celebrations.
The Annual Function revolved around deeply meaningful themes “SanskarDeep Lamp of Values” for Grade 1 to 5 Students and “Svanubhuti” A Journey from Struggle to Self-Realisation” for Pre-Primary and Grade 6 to 9 students both aligned with the school’s philosophy of holistic education. Through powerful skits, expressive dances, musical narrations, and creative presentations, students explored contemporary challenges such as digital addiction, environmental imbalance, stress, erosion of family communication, cultural disconnect, violence, unhealthy lifestyles, and ethical dilemmas in the modern world. The performances highlighted timeless values like respect, gratitude, honesty, discipline, empathy, courage, self-control, perseverance, positive thinking, and mindful use of technology.
Indian cultural wisdom and philosophical thought, inspired by various Sanskrit literature and the Bhagavad Gita, formed the backbone of the presentations, conveying that true progress lies not merely in external success but in inner awareness, balance, and responsible action. Each performance carried a strong social message, encouraging students and audiences alike to reflect, reconnect with values, and become responsible contributors to society.
The Noon Shift School Show was honoured by the presence of Mr. Rohit Chaudhari, District Education Officer, Ahmedabad, who congratulated the school for consistently designing activities that place students’ holistic development at the centre of learning. He appreciated the school’s efforts in integrating values, creativity, and life skills into education.
The Morning Shift School Show was graced by Mr. Nitin Patel, former Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, whose presence added prestige to the occasion and inspired the school community.
The event also featured recognition of student achievements, including cultural performances by award-winning teams, and the announcement of the Best House, celebrating teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
The Annual Function concluded on a high note, leaving parents and guests deeply appreciative of the students’ performances and the school’s vision. Kalorex Future School once again reaffirmed its commitment to providing an education that goes beyond academics an education that builds character, instils values, and prepares students to face life with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
