Guests are invited to indulge in a variety of regional delicacies including West Bengal’s puchka, kathi rolls, and jhal muri, Karnataka’s masala dosa, Mysore bonda, and golibajji, Maharashtra’s vada pav, misal pav, and sabudana khichdi, and Gujarat’s dhokla, locho, and fafda-jalebi.
The menu also features Kerala’s pazhampori, parotta, and banana chips, Uttar Pradesh’s aloo tikki, banarasi kachori, and peda, Punjab’s Amritsari kulcha, chhole, and creamy lassi, Delhi’s famed chholebhature, rajma chawal, and dahibhalla, and Bihar’s littichokha, sattu paratha, and khaja. The menu is complemented by traditional Indian beverages such as jal jeera, masala chaas, aam panna, chai, and thandai, offering a refreshing finish to the flavourful feast.
