A peacock trapped in a 60-foot-deep open well near Piplaj village was rescued on Tuesday by the Aslali Fire Station team.Locals spotted the bird and called the fire brigade, which used ropes and equipment to pull it out after a half-hour operation. Officials said the peacock was unharmed and later released into the wild.
