A delegation of Nepali youth MPs and leaders, led by the Chairperson of The Free Youth Democratic Organization, Shri Arbind Mahato, visited the world-famous tourist spot of the Statue of Unity.
The members of the delegation were overwhelmed by the magnificent sight of the world’s tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at first sight and deeply appreciated the contribution of Sardar Saheb in the unification of the country.
The delegation viewed the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Dam, the hills of Vidyachchal-Satapuda and the natural beauty from the viewing gallery of the Statue of Unity. In the statue premises, the guests received detailed information from the guide about the life, ideals, ideology and his historical contribution to national unity of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The guests described Sardar Saheb’s philosophy of life and vision for unity as an inspiration for the youth of the entire South Asia. The visit of the delegation was successful and memorable. Everyone felt a sense of pride by taking a group photo with the magnificent statue of Sardar Saheb in the statue premises. Also, in the evening, they watched a laser show that gave a glimpse of Sardar Saheb’s life story.
