announced its audited consolidated financial results for H2 FY25 and FY25 for the financial
year that ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a significant growth in revenue and
profitability, driven by strong demand in its core segments and strategic business initiatives.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported Rs 73.77 crores
revenue from operations, 10 times Y-o-Y growth compared to Rs 7.33 crores reported in
FY24. The company posted a net profit of Rs. 1.81 crore in FY25 compared to Rs 26 lakhs
net profit reported in FY24, marking a almost 700% Y-o-Y increase. Earnings Per Share
(EPS) was reported at Rs 1.81 as compared to Rs 0.21 in FY24.
Company is completed debt free as on March 2025 with a strong growth over the last
5 years with Sales CAGR of 104% and 62% in Net profit over the last 5 years. Promoter
group holding as on March 2025 stands at 20.71% (holding 31.70 lakh shares) as
compared to 7.01% as on March 2024 (holding 8.70 lakh shares).

company reported total income of Rs 47.19 crore, a Y-o-Y 77% growth from H1 FY25 (April
1, 2024- September 30, 2024) total income of Rs 26.58 crore. The net profit for H2 FY25
was reported at Rs 1.56 crore compared to Rs 24 lakhs net profit reported in H1FY25. EPS
for H2 FY25 is Rs 1.02 compared to EPS of Rs 0.17 for H1 FY25.
