Kolkata Rape and Murder Case Autopsy Post Mortem Report Latest News: The autopsy report of the 31-year-old postgraduate trainee doctor from Kolkata’s R G Kar Medical College and Hospital has surfaced and revealed that the ‘Nirbhaya’ was brutally raped and murdered.
The post mortem report in Kolkata doctor rape and murder case has revealed horrifying details of the assault.
As per India Today’s report, the autopsy report revealed over 14 injuries on the victim’s body, including her head, face, neck, arms, and genitals, thus confirming the brutal nature of the assault.
The report further stated that the cause of death was manual strangulation due to smothering.
The victim’s body had reportedly clear signs of sexual assault and the autopsy revealed evidence of forceful penetration as well.
Likewise, a white, thick, viscid liquid was found inside the victim’s genitalia, the report said. Additionally, the injuries included severe trauma to the nose, right jaw, left arm, and shoulder, suggesting a violent struggle before the victim was overpowered.
