Following Manju’s complaint, police registered a murder case and arrested Kajal.Police Inspector J B Vanar said the murder followed a quarrel over Kajal’s habit of playing games on her phone.
He also said Kajal’s biological father had died in Saurashtra a few years ago, after which her mother moved to Surat and married Ramesh Chauhan.
