At 10.30 pm I opened my bag to keep the perfume bottle inside. At 11 pm luggage was checked at the Indigo counter and later the bag went inside the system through a luggage belt. I completed immigration and went to rest room. Our flight was 2.55 am 6E1477.
Altaf in his complaint said, ‘We sat on the flight and landed at Dubai airport at 6 am from where we collected our bag through luggage belt number 2. I had set my luggage lock at 0000 counts but, I found it was changed. When I set 0000, the lock didn’t open. I broke down the lock and found that the 5,000 Dirham sum kept in the pocket of the pent was missing. I got the things checked through Dubai police and CCTV camera footage at Dubai airport. It was concluded that nothing wrong had happened with that bag at Dubai airport.’
