Ahmedabad-based gynaecologist couple Dr Mukesh Bavishi and Dr Vidula Mukesh Bavishi have received the Global Healthcare Innovation Awards 2026 for their contributions to innovative techniques in gynaecological surgery and infertility treatment.
The awards were presented at a ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand, where more than 45 healthcare professionals from 23 countries were honoured. Former Thailand Deputy Prime Minister Korn Dabbaransi presented the awards.
The international recognition marks Dr Mukesh Bavishi’s eighth global award, highlighting the couple’s work in advancing gynaecological surgery and infertility care.
