Students and teachers of Classes 9 and 11 are facing uncertainty as the Gujarat Education Board is yet to finalise the paper pattern and weightage for the newly introduced computer syllabus.
The board implemented the revised computer curriculum for Classes 9 and 11 from the current academic year. However, nearly two months into the session, schools have not received the blueprint or marking scheme for the new syllabus.
With preliminary examinations scheduled for September-October, schools are concerned about how to prepare question papers without clear guidelines.
Although the new textbooks have been distributed, the board is yet to announce the paper style and weightage, leaving both teachers and students confused.
