To address the shortage of English teachers in government primary schools, the Gujarat Government will recruit 9,700 Knowledge Assistants on a contractual basis.The Directorate of Primary Education has initiated the recruitment process. The appointments will be made on an 11-month contract, and selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹21,000. The maximum age limit for applicants has been fixed at 42 years.
