In view of the heavy rain forecast and prevailing weather conditions, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has decided to close all lake gardens to the public for the next two days as a precautionary measure.
Public entry to all lake gardens will remain suspended on July 31 and August 1, with the safety of citizens being the top priority.
The civic body has urged residents to avoid visiting lake gardens during this period and to follow all advisories and instructions issued by the authorities.
