The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced a rebate scheme for property taxpayers who make advance payments for the financial year 2026–27.
Under the scheme, taxpayers can avail a rebate of up to 15% on payments made between April 9 and May 31, 2026. A base rebate of 12% will be offered on advance payments.
An additional 1% rebate will be given for online payments, increasing the benefit to 13%. Those who have paid advance tax consistently for three years will be eligible for further concessions, taking the total rebate up to 15%.
The civic body said the scheme is aimed at encouraging early tax payment and promoting digital transactions.
Taxpayers can pay their property tax online through the official AMC website by entering their tenement number.

- Visit the AMC website
- Click on ‘Online Services’
- Select ‘Property Tax’
- Enter your tenement number
- Verify details and complete payment
The last date to avail of the rebate is May 31, 2026.
