Vadodara’s dining scene just got a thrilling addition. Today, The Bullet, a bullet train-themed restaurant, opened its doors at Seven Seas Mall in Fatehganj. This unique eatery invites food lovers to enjoy multi-cuisine meals while immersing themselves in the atmosphere of Japan’s famed Shinkansen.
The exterior of The Bullet is designed to mimic the front of a bullet train, grabbing attention from everyone who passes by. Inside, diners will find seating arrangements that evoke the feel of a train coach, complete with four chairs around each table.
But it’s not just about the decor. Instead of traditional windows, LED screens display footage captured over one and a half months along the Ahmedabad–Mumbai railway route. These visuals create an illusion of traveling at nearly 400 km per hour—a captivating experience for every guest.
“We wanted to offer something different,” said Vijay Agrawal, the restaurant’s founder. His inspiration came from his own journey on a bullet train abroad back in 2016.
The Bullet is fully vegetarian and aims to provide more than just food; it promises an immersive themed dining experience that’s hard to forget. With train-inspired interiors and dynamic visuals, this restaurant could become a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike looking for something out of the ordinary.
