The Leela Gandhinagar hosted an exclusive, invite-only evening to unveil a thoughtfully reimagined menu at its signature fine-dining restaurant, Diya. The intimate showcase brought together select guests and culinary enthusiasts for a curated gastronomic journey rooted in authenticity and elegance.
The newly launched menu pays tribute to the rich legacy of North Frontier cuisine, celebrated for its robust flavours, slow-cooked techniques, and timeless recipes. At Diya, these traditions are preserved with authenticity while being elevated through contemporary interpretation and refined presentation. Emphasising seasonal ingredients and regional inspirations, each dish reflects depth, heritage, and culinary craftsmanship
Leading this evolution is Chef Ishtiyake and his expert culinary team, whose experience in distinguished five-star kitchens has shaped a menu that honours authenticity while embracing modern techniques. Guests were guided through the inspiration behind each course, creating an immersive and engaging dining experience
“With this launch, The Leela Gandhinagar reinforces its commitment to refined Indian cuisine and thoughtfully curated dining experiences, rooted in elegance and warm hospitality,” said Vikas Sood, General Manager.
The unveiling marks a significant new chapter for Diya, further strengthening The Leela Gandhinagar’s position as a premier fine-dining destination in Gujarat.
