The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will conduct the Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Test (DDCET) 2026–27 on April 26 for candidates seeking lateral entry into the second year of engineering and pharmacy degree programmes after completing their diplomas.
Online registration will begin on February 9 at 2 pm and continue till March 30, 2026, up to 5 pm. The entire process will be online, and candidates must upload a passport-size photograph, signature, and last semester marksheet while applying. Category-related documents can be submitted later during the admission process, and no physical verification will be required at the registration stage.
The 2.5-hour offline examination will be conducted for 200 marks for both engineering and pharmacy streams. The test will cover 36,212 seats available across 16 government institutes, three grant-in-aid institutes, and 120 self-financed institutes in Gujarat. Of these, 2,068 seats are in government and grant-in-aid institutions, while 34,144 seats are in self-financed colleges. The syllabus remains unchanged and is available on the official ACPC website.
