Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University’s Women Development Cell (WDC), in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organised a women’s empowerment training programme attended by over 120 students and 41 faculty members.
The event included three key sessions: Swaraksha, a hands-on self-defence workshop; Ancient Wisdom for Modern You, highlighting the relevance of traditional Indian knowledge in contemporary life; and a session on Menstrual Health and Hygiene, aimed at promoting safe practices and breaking taboos through open discussions.
