Move follows panel recommendation after Class 10 student’s death
The Gujarat education department on Friday appointed two observers at the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) School to oversee its functioning and ensure a safe transition when offline classes resume.
Class-II education officers Mayank Trivedi and Falguni Patel will serve as observers, District Education Officer (DEO) Rohit Chaudhari confirmed.
The decision follows the recommendations of a committee set up after the recent stabbing incident at the school, in which a Class 10 student lost his life.
