IIT Gandhinagar will host the 3rd International Conference on Changing Landscape of Science & Technology Libraries (CLSTL 2025) from September 25 to 27, 2025, with two pre-conference workshops scheduled for September 24, 2025. The conference will bring together library professionals, educators, researchers, and IT profssionals from across the globe to explore the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in reshaping library services and experiences.
CLSTL 2025 builds on the success of its first edition in 2017 and the second in 2019, further strengthening its role as a leading platform for library innovation. The CLSTL 2025 conference will focus on the theme, “Enhancing Library Experiences with Artificial Intelligence,” highlighting how AI and emerging technologies are being integrated to revolutionize library management, user engagement, and research support services.
The conference will explore diverse themes, from emerging AI tools and generative technologies to their applications in library services, user engagement, research support, and future innovations. Experts will present innovative management strategies and discuss best practices for integrating these technologies into library services.

The event will take place at IIT Gandhinagar’s state-of-the-art campus in Palaj, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The pre-conference workshops will be held at the Learning Theatre 201 in the Academic Block on campus.
