The Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM) hosted the inauguration of a state-of-the-art 15 kW Induction Heating & Melting System at its Mechanical Workshop, generously donated by Inductotherm (India) Pvt. Ltd.
As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.The newly inaugurated facility is designed for ferrous and non-ferrous casting, rapid heating, hot forging, and heat treatment applications, enhancing IITRAM’s capability to provide hands-on industrial training.The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and lab visits, marking a significant step in industry–academia collaboration to foster advanced manufacturing skills among students.
