The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has announced the Civil Services Prelims Result 2025 for the following posts:
- Gujarat Administrative Service, Class-1
- Gujarat Civil Services, Class-1 & Class-2
- Gujarat Municipal Chief Officer Service, Class-2 (Advt No. 240/2024-25)
Candidates can check their results on the official GPSC website: gpsc.gujarat.gov.in.
A total of 6,893 candidates have been shortlisted for the Main written examination. The preliminary exam was held on April 20, 2025.
Marking Scheme Update
According to the official notification, 17 questions from the General Studies Paper were cancelled based on the final answer key. As a result, GPSC revised the marking scheme:
- Each valid question was assigned 1.093 marks
- Wrong/multiple/blank answers were penalised with -0.328 marks
