The heat continues to grapple in Ahmedabad, as the city on Monday recorded the maximum temperature of 43.1 degrees Celsius.
Apart from Ahmedabad, Vadodara registered a maximum temperature of 42.8 degrees Celsius, Rajkot recorded 41.4 degrees Celsius and Surat registered a maximum temperature of 39.7 degrees Celsius.
Heatwave conditions, very likely to prevail at isolated pockets in the districts of North Gujarat region namely Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar & Patan and in the district of Saurashtra-Kutch on May 10.
