Two students of National Institute of Design (NID), Jitesh Choudhary (MDES 2018 Batch) and Abhilash Kumar (MDES 2019) has won the Society for News Design Digital (SND) 2022 award in different categories.
Jitesh won Bronze medal for Infographics: Breaking (unplanned) for Reuters, besides three Awards of Excellence in the Design category: Breaking (unplanned), Environment & Science, Health and two for Format: Use of Animation and Use of Data, all for Reuters.
Whereas Abhilash Kumar won Award of Excellence for SND’s News Design in the category of ‘Health’ News and ‘Use of Data’.
