Paras Healthcare Limited will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, with the price band fixed at Rs 660 to Rs 693 per equity share, according to a company press release. The public issue will allow investors to bid for a minimum of 21 shares, with applications thereafter permitted in multiples of 21 shares. The bidding window for anchor investors is scheduled for October 19.
The IPO is valued at up to Rs 1,450 crore and comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth up to Rs 950 crore by the selling shareholder. Each equity share carries a face value of Rs 1. Following the issue, the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue to repay or prepay, either fully or partially, certain outstanding borrowings. A portion will also be invested in its wholly owned subsidiary, Plus Medicare Hospitals Private Limited (PMHPL), which operates a hospital in Srinagar, to facilitate the repayment or prepayment of its borrowings. The remaining funds will be allocated towards general corporate purposes.
