Passengers arriving at Ahmedabad and Sabarmati railway stations can now book taxis and bikes directly from the stations through newly launched ‘Travellers Lounge’ facilities. The initiative aims to make onward travel easier for passengers heading home, to offices or to other destinations. The facility will be particularly helpful for passengers arriving at night, families travelling together and those carrying heavy luggage. The service is also planned to be introduced at Maninagar, Vatva and Asarva railway stations in the coming days.
Passengers to Get Booking Assistance

A dedicated waiting area will also be available.Passengers can book rides through the apps of ride-hailing companies by entering their destination and checking the available vehicles and fares. Those who face difficulties using the apps can seek help from assistants available at the lounge.
