The Computer Engineering Department of Government Polytechnic for Girls, Ahmedabad, organised the two-day technical and cultural festival TechTarang 2026, featuring a range of academic and entertainment activities.
The festival included an artificial intelligence-themed poster presentation, research paper presentations, a technical quiz and various games. Students explored emerging technologies and topics such as cybersecurity, quantum computing, blockchain and smart agriculture.
The event also featured cultural activities, including dance, skits and Antakshari competitions, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity and talent.
Introduced this year, TechTarang 2026 gives a new direction and purpose to activities that were previously organised under the name ‘Techotsav’ over the past four years.
