Gopi Trivedi, Senior Partner and Head of the Patent Division at Y J Trivedi & Co, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the GTU Innovation and Startup Centre (GISC) as a Non-Executive Director.
Trivedi has over two decades of experience in intellectual property, patents, innovation strategy and commercialisation. She is also the Honorary Secretary of the Ahmedabad Management Association and has worked with startups, innovators, researchers and academic institutions.
At GISC, she will focus on strengthening intellectual property and commercialisation initiatives and building stronger connections between academia, startups and industry. Her work will particularly focus on technology transfer and helping innovations reach the market.
