Western Railway’s Ahmedabad Division will carry out platform wall construction work at Asarwa Railway Station from October 1 to October 30. A traffic block has been imposed during this period for construction of the platform wall on Platform No. 3.
Due to the work, the operation of several trains arriving at and departing from Asarwa has been changed. One MEMU train has been completely cancelled, while some other trains will be short-terminated or short-originated.
Completely cancelled train
The affected MEMU train will remain cancelled during the traffic block period.
Trains to be short-terminated or short-originated
Some trains that normally operate up to Asarwa will now be short-terminated or originate from Naroda and other designated stations during the construction period.
The Indore Express will also run only up to Naroda instead of Asarwa during the affected period.
Passengers travelling to or from Asarwa are advised to check the revised train timings and routes before starting their journey.
