The ninth edition of the AM-NGS Property Expo will open on Saturday, September 26, bringing more than 150 residential and commercial properties from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and nearby areas under one roof.
Organised at Shri Shivshakti Convention Centre near Vaishnodevi Circle on SG Highway, the two-day expo will feature 31 stalls representing more than 20 builders and developers. The event will offer prospective buyers a chance to compare a wide range of housing and commercial property options at a single venue.
The properties on display include 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, bungalows, luxury villas, weekend homes, residential plots and commercial spaces. Prices will range from around Rs 50 lakh to Rs 10 crore, catering to different segments of buyers and investors.
One of the major attractions will be spot-booking offers on selected properties. Buyers booking eligible properties during the expo can avail themselves of discounts of up to Rs 10 lakh on both days. Entry to the event is free.
Expo to showcase emerging property locations
The exhibition will feature projects in several developing and established areas across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, including Jagatpur, Zundal, Gota, Adalaj, Chandkheda, Vaishnodevi Circle, SP Ring Road, Viramgam, Gandhinagar and Sargasan.
Along with property options, visitors will be able to gather information about home loans and financing facilities. Projects will also be showcased based on their proximity to schools, hospitals, shopping centres and major transport routes.
Inauguration at 10 am
The expo will be inaugurated at 10 am on Saturday. Gujarat Minister Rushikesh Patel will attend the opening as the chief guest. Ahmedabad Mayor Hitesh Barot, Vejalpur MLA Amit Thakar and former MP Narhari Amin are also scheduled to attend as guests of honour.
The expo will remain open from the morning until 7.30 pm on September 26 and 27.
Visitors will also have an opportunity to participate in hourly lucky draws, with gift hampers to be given away during the event.
Participating developers include Deep Builders, Sangath IPL, Swagat Group, A.G. Group, Shri Ramji Ayodhya Group, Navkar Heights, Parshwanath Corporation, Shiv Shaligram Group, Shyam Soham Group, Ganesh Group and Shyona Group, among others.
