The Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit (VGGS) 2027, scheduled from January 10 to 12, will combine business and investment discussions with sessions on spirituality, peace and harmony. The state government is planning a larger and broader event than previous editions.
The summit will open at Mahatma Mandir on January 10, with top political leaders, multinational company CEOs, industrialists and policymakers expected to attend. A key session on global leadership, spirituality, peace and harmony will be held alongside the Global GIFT City Leadership Dialogue.
Artificial intelligence, semiconductors, critical technologies, data centres, green energy, aerospace, defence, sustainable urban development and the sports ecosystem will be among the major focus areas. Discussions will cover investment, strategic partnerships, research, emerging industries and sustainable development.
The Global Trade Show, to be held ahead of the summit, will feature an India Hub showcasing Gujarat’s diverse culture and the achievements of previous Vibrant Summits. The programme will also include a Global Peace Walk, Global Peace Concert, Run for Viksit Gujarat, friendly matches and live storytelling.
The second day will focus on technology, wellness and longevity, while the final day will feature sessions on women’s entrepreneurship, MSMEs, startups and sports. It will also include discussions on Gujarat and India’s next phase of growth.
The closing ceremony may be held at GIFT City instead of Mahatma Mandir.
