The Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has announced registrations for the 12th Sanjeev Kumar Drama Competition, which will be held at the Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium in Katargam.
The competition is open to drama groups and theatre organisations based in Surat city. Interested participants can collect entry forms from the Cultural Department, Room No. 26, Shri Tapi Bhavan, Gordhandas Chokhawala Marg, Tapipura, during office hours.
Entry forms, competition rules and other details are also available on the SMC website.
Applicants must submit the completed entry form along with a ₹3,000 security deposit in the form of a demand draft and a computer-printed hard copy of the play script to the Cultural Department by 4 pm on August 14, 2026.
The civic body has clarified that applications with incomplete information will not be accepted.
