The monsoon has picked up pace in Gujarat after entering through South Gujarat and is gradually spreading across the state. According to the latest forecast by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a red alert has been issued for two districts, while 10 districts are under an orange alert for heavy rainfall and another 10 districts have been placed under a yellow alert.
