The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) for the Central Gujarat region will be held on June 29 and 30, 2026, at GSFC University in Vadodara. Alongside the conference, the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Exhibition (VGRE) will take place at the same venue from June 29 to July 3, providing a major platform for industries, startups, artisans, and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services.
Spread across nearly 8,200 square metres, the exhibition will be housed in three large domes and will remain open to visitors daily from 10 am to 5.30 pm. The event is expected to bring together key stakeholders from industry, government, academia, and the MSME sector.
In addition to the exhibition, several business networking and development initiatives, including Reverse Buyer Seller Meets (RBSM) and the Udyami Mela, will be organised to facilitate trade opportunities and entrepreneurial growth. Dedicated pavilions will feature Tribal Haat products, women entrepreneurs, startups, and award-winning artisans. The exhibition will also showcase the achievements and development initiatives of the Gujarat government.
Organisers said the event aims to create new market linkages for MSMEs, handicrafts, and cottage industries while offering visitors a comprehensive experience through dedicated entry and exit points, medical facilities, and a spacious food court.
Hall 1: Industry and Corporate Participation
The first hall will host leading private companies, government public sector undertakings, and cooperative sector organisations. Financial and regulatory institutions such as SEBI and MCX will participate to promote financial awareness and investment opportunities. Other prominent participants include GEDA and JETRO, highlighting both domestic and international collaborations.
Hall 2: Innovation, Startups and Inclusive Growth
The second hall will focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and livelihood development. It will feature 25 to 27 artisans supported by iNDEXTb, along with more than 30 startups from the Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub.
Special attractions will include a Women Entrepreneur Pavilion and a Livelihood Pavilion comprising over 25 stalls. The Tribal Haat section, with more than 25 stalls, will showcase traditional tribal crafts and products, providing exposure to rural artisans and indigenous enterprises.
A dedicated Technology Pavilion will feature institutions such as IIT Gandhinagar and private technology firms. Organisations including the State Bank of India and Amul will also showcase innovations in the financial and food sectors.
Hall 3: Entrepreneurship and Global Trade Opportunities
The third hall will focus on entrepreneurship promotion and international trade facilitation. The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) will organise the Udyami Mela to support aspiring entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.
Artisans and MSMEs will also have the opportunity to connect with international buyers through the Reverse Buyer Seller Meet. The programme is being organised by the Commissioner of MSMEs, Government of Gujarat, with support from the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), aimed at helping local enterprises expand their presence in global markets.
