Vadodara Railway Yard Upgrade: Several Trains Partially Cancelled Till July 8

Rail passengers travelling through Vadodara will face temporary disruptions from June 21 to July 8 due to yard remodelling work and the commissioning of a new Electronic Interlocking (EI) system at Vadodara railway station.

According to Western Railway, several passenger, MEMU and Intercity train services will remain partially cancelled during this period. Some trains will be short-terminated or short-originated at Bajva station to facilitate the infrastructure upgrade aimed at improving safety and operational efficiency at one of Gujarat’s busiest railway hubs.
