Senior BJP leader and Manjalpur MLA Yogesh Patel passed away in Vadodara after battling a prolonged illness.
Patel had been admitted to a private hospital for the past week, where he was undergoing treatment for heart-related ailments and other health complications. Despite medical care, he succumbed to his illness, sources said.
A veteran politician, Patel was widely regarded as one of Vadodara’s most influential political figures.
