The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will announce the Class 12 Science, General stream and GUJCET 2026 results today.The announcement will be made at 10 am at Swarnim Sankul-1 in Gandhinagar, in the presence of Education Minister Dr Pradyuman Vaja and Minister of State for Education Rivaba Jadeja.
This year, over 5.01 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board exams held between February 26 and March 16, 2026, across Science, General and Vocational streams.Students can check their results from 10 am onwards on the official board website using their seat number.
To help those without internet access, the board has also introduced an SMS facility. Students can type GJ12S (for Science) or GJ12G (for General stream), followed by their seat number, and send it to 58888111 to receive their results via message.
After the results are declared, the admission process for higher education will begin. Entry to professional courses like engineering and pharmacy will be based on a merit list prepared using both board exam marks and GUJCET scores.
Students are advised to check results only through official sources and keep their documents ready for the admission process.
