The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced an e-auction for two premium commercial plots in Motera and Bodakdev, with a combined base value of around ₹260.85 crore, based on the upset prices.
Key Auction Details
Motera Plot (Plot No. 1):The first property is a 2,477 sq. m commercial plot located near Palladium Business Hub and a Croma outlet. It has an upset price of ₹1,42,000 per sq. m, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of about ₹35.17 lakh.Estimated minimum revenue: ₹35.17 crore
Bodakdev Plot (Plot No. 2):The second and larger plot spans 8,060 sq. m and is located opposite Shilp Epitome. This high-value land parcel carries an upset price of ₹2,80,000 per sq. m, with an EMD exceeding ₹2.25 crore.

₹225.68 croreAMC officials noted that the final bids could surpass the base valuation due to competitive participation. The plot areas may also vary by up to 15%, with any additional area to be charged at the final bid rate
Auction Schedule
The live e-auction will be held on June 17, 2026. Bidding for the Motera plot will begin at 10:30 am, followed by the Bodakdev plot at 11:30 am.
