Surat residents can soon travel to Mundra more easily than ever. Star Air announced today that it will begin a direct flight service connecting the two cities on April 26, 2026. Bookings are already open for this new route.
The flights will operate five days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Each journey from Surat to Mundra is expected to take about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Flight Schedule
For those flying from Surat:
- On Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays, flights depart at 3:25 PM, arriving in Mundra at 4:35 PM.
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays feature departures at 12:15 PM, landing at 1:15 PM.
The return leg from Mundra also follows a consistent schedule, with all flights departing at 10:45 AM, arriving back in Surat by 11:55 AM. These return trips will be operated under flight number S5 624.
A New Option for Travelers
The introductory fare starts at just ₹3,599. Until now, travelers heading to Kutch relied heavily on lengthy road trips or connecting flights. This new service promises faster access not only for business professionals heading to industrial hubs like Gandhidham but also for tourists eager to explore Kutch’s upcoming attractions.
