A serious accident took place on the Dhandhuka–Fedara road in Ahmedabad district after a speeding car crashed into a divider near Haripura Patiya and caught fire soon after.
According to a media reports, the driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to a strong impact. A suspected short circuit then sparked a fire, quickly engulfing the car in flames.
All five occupants, residents of Dahegam in Gandhinagar, managed to get out of the vehicle in time, avoiding a major tragedy.
Two people were injured in the incident. The 108 emergency service reached the spot, provided first aid, and shifted the injured to a hospital in Dhandhuka for further treatment.
